Job Summary: 
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, in this role, you will focus on creating strategic outbound sales cadences (via SalesLoft) and developing optimized bottom-of-funnel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, across multiple channels, including but not limited to email marketing, digital advertising, direct mail, virtual events, and more. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the go-to-market organization to support ongoing and periodic campaigns targeting multiple segments and personas. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Outbound Sales Cadence Creation: 
  • Develop and implement strategic outbound sales cadences designed to effectively engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to optimize outreach efforts and track engagement metrics. 
 
Bottom-of-Funnel ABM Campaigns: 
  • Support the design and execution of targeted ABM campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and converting prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs. 
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the go-to-market organization to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
  • Support ongoing and periodic marketing initiatives across multiple segments and personas.
  • Assist in the execution and oversight of demand generation programs by collaborating across teams to organize, monitor, and manage related program tasks and deadlines. 
 
Performance Tracking and Reporting: 
  • From meeting creation to re-engagement strategies, take ownership of how sales engages marketing qualified leads by monitoring performance and analyzing data to derive insights and optimize future efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvement. 
 
Continuous Improvement: 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and sales automation.
  • Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales roles, focusing on outbound strategies and ABM.
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, 6sense) and email marketing platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting compelling messaging.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $89,200 - $133,800, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
